Epoxy LV Bushings

This product line is designed for use as secondary bushings in liquid-filled transformer applications. Conductor materials are available in copper and aluminum. For the ones constructed in copper, the bushings are constructed of C110 electrolytic grade copper with silver brazed connections for maximum conductivity. 

 The H-J Family offers: 

 • Voltage class from 1.2 kV to 5 kV, with basic insulation level from 30 kV BIL to 75 kV BIL and current ratings from 110 A to 8,500 A. Capabilities to develop bushings up to 12,000 A

 • Insulator materials are available in H-J proprietary epoxy formulations for indoor, outdoor and high temperature applications as well as SF6 applications, to fit your needs.

 • Operation temperatures range from -50°C to 155 °C.

 • Internally (threaded shank) or externally clamped designs, depending on the application. 

 • A wide variety of internal and external terminal connectors like studs with nuts and washers, eyebolts, double eyebolts, spades from 1 to 24 holes, and more. Plating is available in tin, silver, and nickel, among others. The terminal connectors can be adapted to suit customer requirements for easy installation in existing equipment. 

 • These bushings can be customized for non-standard applications. Spade and stud options can be adapted to suit customer requirements.
