Our Story

H-J is a worldwide manufacturer and supplier in the transformer, switchgear, and breaker industry. Starting in 1969 with only 800 square feet and a few machines, we have grown through the years to nearly 500 employees and over 350,000 square feet of manufacturing space. We currently have offices in 13 countries around the world, including our headquarters in High Ridge, Missouri, USA. We are one of the leading manufacturers of transformer and switchgear components around the world. H-J covers a broad range of products for the electrical power industry and utilizes state of the art manufacturing processes and technology. Our expertise includes custom engineered products in epoxy, porcelain, and non-ferrous castings such as brass, bronze and aluminum.
